Join the Newnan Carnegie Library and Warrior Defender instructor, Holly Reese, for an hour long self-defense for women class. We will be practicing reality-based self-defense, techniques and drills to build survival skills. We cover fundamental Practical self-defense drills, footwork, and techniques. Ages 15 up are welcome to attend. Wear comfortable clothes, shoes and bring water.
