Please join the Newnan Carnegie Library Foundation and guest speaker Patrick James, author and world traveler including the campuses of USC and Oxford University, as we discuss what places around the world are dangerous and why. An assessment will be offered of the situation faced by the U.S. as the leader of the free world today, as well as recommendations for a grand strategy and specific policies intended to improve the management of hotspots.
