The manager and owner, Dee Glazier, has been an avid runner for over 30 years. Dee was in the financial industry for 20 years, but in 2010 she left banking and began a career in the wellness and fitness arena. She has been a fitness professional and personal trainer as well as the operations and membership manager of a local fitness center. Come see how her journey of being an entrepreneur took off running!
