
Adult Reading Room
The Carnegie provides a variety of books for adults including legal, medical, art, history, career, travel, short stories and much more.

Local Interests
This section is located in the Adult Reading Room and includes local authors, local history, and Scottish titles. |

Young Adult Area
Located just outside the Children’s Reading Room, the Young Adult Area features fiction and non-fiction titles for young adults in middle and high school.

Children’s Reading Room -
The Children’s Reading Room includes books for children from birth to elementary school. They include board books, picture books, easy readers, chapter books and non-fiction. In addition, there is a television available to play educational DVD’s as well as popular movies.

Honor Books
The honor book system is available for the purpose of trading and sharing reading experiences. The Carnegie encourages its patrons to donate books, write comments about them, and choose books to take home.

Art Gallery -
The Art Gallery is on the second floor and features art and sculptures by local artists coordinated by the Newnan Coweta Art Association. |

Computers -
There are four public access computers available. One is located in a Business Center for those patrons who need extended time to take a test or complete applications. The computers access the Internet and Microsoft Office products. |

Meeting Rooms -
Two meeting rooms are available on the second floor of the Carnegie for rental by non-profit and private groups. Programs sponsored by the Carnegie such as author talks and story time are also held in the meeting rooms. Each meeting room seats 72 people and features a projector, DVD player and sound system. One room also contains a stage and lectern. A warming kitchen is also available for groups that wish to cater their function, |

Memorabilia -
There are four display cases in varying sizes on the first floor available for rotating displays. Community groups and individuals are encouraged to apply and display their educational, cultural, civic, charitable or recreational exhibits.

Magazines and Newspapers -
This section is located in the center of the Carnegie and contains many popular magazines and newspapers (local, national, and hopefully, international).
